Administrator Erin Wiley is a lifelong dedicated Senior Living professional.  She attributes her personal history of assisting her Grandmother as pivotal moment that shaped her direction in life.

Erin’s passion lead her to San Jose State.  This is where she acquired two degrees; one in geriatric care and another in nursing.  Through the years, she has helped many of the large corporate providers such as: Carlton, Brookdale, and Aegis Senior Living.

Erin’s attraction to Paradise Villa is a shared vision of “Creating an Assisted Living Gem” in Santa Cruz.
